DRAWING PERIOD: Drawing will run quarterly, with a drawing within the first 7 days at the end of each quarter. Drawing Periods are: January 1st thru March 31st, April 1st, thru June 30th, July 1st thru September 30th, October 1st, thru December 31, 2019. This drawing will terminate on December 31, 2019.
HOW TO ENTER: The Galloway Research Service Panel Surveys are all opportunities to have an entry in the drawing. Participants may have multiple entries. Once a participant joins via the questionspace.net, you will automatically be eligible to begin answering surveys and qualifies for entries into the drawing. Updating your information, and every time you answer a survey to see if you qualify for upcoming qualitative research an automatic entry will be submitted. The ENTRY will be for the Drawing for the time period designated. To enter during the drawing period, click on the link to any of the surveys sent to you from opinions@gallowayresearch.com (please mark as a safe sender) Complete the survey by answering all the questions and providing all the required information. Once you complete and submit the survey, you will be automatically entered in the Drawing. Incomplete entries will not be considered. Each and every time you completely fill out a survey you will be entered. Entry in the Drawing constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
ELIGIBILITY: Drawings are open to all participants of the GRS Panel, new and existing, who are legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older and possess a valid government identification. Employees of Galloway Research Service, Inc and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and members of their households are not eligible.
PRIZE/RETAIL VALUE/ODDS: Cash Prizes will be given away at the end of each designated quarter. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The Quarterly Prize amounts will be announced on our Galloway Facebook page within 10 days of the award drawing of each Quarter: January, April, July and October.
WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: A winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about the first week after each period by the President/ Drawing administrator whose decisions on all matters pertaining to the Drawing are final. You need not be present to win, winner will be notified by phone and/or email. The Winner must agree to Galloway Research announcing the winner on Facebook. The winner(s) will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility (which affirms that he/she has complied with these rules) as well as a liability release, and a publicity release. In the event a potential winner cannot be notified within 14 days of the drawing, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The winner is responsible for payment of all taxes on prizes and for any costs not specified relating to the acceptance and use of a prize. No cash redemption or transfer of prize. No prize substitution, except by sponsor of prize of equal or greater value.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating, entrants agree: (a) to release Sponsor and each of their officers, and employees from any and all liability, loss, death or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this game, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys fees and court costs. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s consent to use his/her name and likeness for advertising/promotional purposes in any and all media now known.
GENERAL: Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transfer of entry information, human error, technical malfunction, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access web sites, damage to a user’s computer system (hardware and/or software) due to participation in this Drawing or any other problem or error that may occur, or for late, lost incomplete stolen, misdirected or mechanically reproduced entries. If for any reason this Drawing is not capable of running as planned, or if this Drawing or any Web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of this Drawing and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Drawing or any other problem that may occur. Sponsor will work within the confines of the issues, to work to deliver the prizes.
