National Recruiting

Recruiting is the most important element of any qualitative or quantitative market research project and we never lose sight of that. Our Recruiting staff is trained following a program developed by Galloway Research, Inc. and based on standards set by the Marketing Research Association. Our employees work in-house and are closely monitored by the project managers and supervisors. Our respondents are re-screened before and during the confirmation and upon arrival at the facility.

Qualitative recruiting requires careful attention to every detail. Our qualitative managers oversee all aspects of each project from recruiting to facility arrangements in order to provide our clients with the ultimate in service to achieve their research goals. We understand that market research is a science and if the formula isn’t perfect the results could be skewed unintentially. We treat every project with care and precision to insure that even the minor details are all covered.

Our recruiters bring a wide variety of experience to their recruiting including clinical backgrounds which advances their understanding of disease states, medical terminology and how to navigate through the gatekeeper system. We have recruited every business professional, teacher and consumer demographic, imaginable, including consumers with specific medical conditions. Our medical recruiting spans an extensive variety of medical professionals including Physicians, Physician’s Assistants, Pharmacists, Physical Therapists, and all types of Nurses, including Nurse Practitioners and Certified Diabetes Educators.

Fresh Faces

We strive to provide our clients with fresh recruits on each project. At any point in time about 40% of our opinion panel has never participated in a market research study. Our tenacious Recruiters know how to find fresh participants who are articulate and eager to share their feedback, not just bodies that “meet specs.” Within our extensive consumer, Physicians, Patient, Military, and Teacher databases we continuously devote resources to find fresh, new participants, and utilize unique techniques to make sure we identify the profession participents Recruiting flexibility. We realize that recruiting from a client-supplied list, or proprietary list generators for BTC, BTB, or medical recruits is sometimes necessary to get the project completed. If our database cannot meet your project requirements, we tap into other resources to ensure your project is recruited successfully.

New Techniques

Galloway Research has pioneered new techniques to increase efficiency, find new participants, and reach segments that would have been difficult recruits through traditional recruiting methods. We have created and perfected the email based recruiting within our own databases and when recruiting from client based opt in lists.

Our newest recruiting technique Social Network Recruiting utilizing Social networks like facebook, twitter, linkedin and MySpace have allowed us to recruiting any difficult segment on a national level. This Technique, perfected by Galloway Research, doubles efficiency versus traditional phone recruiting allowing us to recruit the most difficult patient, teacher, military, and consumer segments in a more timely manner.
