Research services provided by GRS are governed by individual project agreements between GRS and its clients. These Terms apply to the use of this website and do not supersede or modify any research project agreement, master services agreement, or statement of work entered into between GRS and its clients. Research methodologies, deliverables, timelines, and fees are determined by the applicable project agreement.

5. Confidentiality

GRS takes confidentiality seriously. Information shared through our contact forms, inquiries, or consultations is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy. For clients engaging our research services, confidentiality obligations are further defined in the applicable project agreement.

GRS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GRS, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GRS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that GRS is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of such websites or services.
