Galloway Research maintains a state-of-the-art call center in computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI). Our facility utilizes technologically advanced telephone data collection methodologies, ensuring that your data is collected accurately, efficiently and on-budget. The Galloway Research facility is located in San Antonio, Texas and operates both a day shift for business-to-business projects and an evening shift for residential calling that concentrates on consumer opinion studies.

Call Center Management
Galloway Research prides itself on having a group of dedicated employees – many of whom have been with the company for 10 years or more — who ensure that all of the call center operations are operating efficiently. This group of dedicated professionals take pride in their work, and maintain an upbeat and positive working environment which in turn will ensure that the calls being made on our clients’ behalf are made by interviewers who will approach each task in a competent and professional manner.
Interviewing Staff
We strive to recruit and train only the most appropriate individuals for our interviewing staff by utilizing demanding pre-employment screening criteria and focusing on hiring individuals who demonstrate genuine potential to become successful interviewers.
Interviewer Training
All interviewers must complete an ongoing comprehensive training program. Our two day training sessions cover the requirements and skills necessary for professional data collection. The session includes extensive practice calling and individual coaching. Interviewers also receive daily pre-calling briefings to address issues specific to current projects. Our interviewers understand that telephone research is a valid scientific activity. They are trained and prepared to collect reliable, accurate data.
Monitoring
We monitor every interviewer several times during each shift. We provide our interviewers with immediate feedback concerning their interviewing techniques. Our interviewers recognize that any falsification of data is grounds for immediate dismissal.
Validation
Exceeding industry standards, Galloway Research monitors 15% of all interviews (5% above the industry standard) and validates 10% of all interviews (again, this is 5% above industry standards).
