While every quantitative research project we undertake will provide business intelligence that enables you to compete effectively in today’s evolving marketplace, we generally recommend complementing any quantitative data gathering effort with a qualitative analysis of consumer behavior. Over the years, we have found that our clients gain most from a systematic blend of quantitative and qualitative modes of research. Clients who determine that qualitative fieldwork is not practical, however, can still expect actionable results from quantitative analyses driven by a real-world understanding of consumer behavior.
Our staff makes the difference. We have a large pool of experienced and trained interviewers who have done many types of studies ranging from the simple to the most difficult projects. All interviewers professionally trained and have completed the MRA’s Data Collection Training Program. Along with the basic training, all interviewers go through in depth quality training. More advance interviewers are also trained for specialized projects such as voice capture studies and business to business studies.
The supervisory staff at Galloway Research are experienced data collection project managers who can handle all types of studies. Prior to being promoted to project manager, each must assist on several studies and then go through a 3 month on-the-job training. Each candidate must meet certain qualifications and level of knowledge. They are also evaluated on a monthly basis by the General Manager, Qualitative and Quantitative Department Directors, and the Phone Room Manager
In addition to data collection, we can also help you with your programming and data processing needs. We have 2 full-time team members that oversees our programming and data processing department. They have extensive experience in programming the most complex surveys in English and Spanish.
We can provide the data in either ASCII, Excel, or SPSS format. We can also provide your data in a table format with statistical analysis.
Other services we provide are coding of open ends, English/Spanish and Spanish/English translation services and, transcription.
