Within our usability configurations we use Morae Usability Testing and Market Research Software. Morae captures every nuance of your testing session, providing you with hard data and vivid, undeniable examples of usability problems. Morae will capture the user screen and record from a webcam or digital camera. Live observation is streamed to the observation room or across the internet.
