Taste test research is a great tool to compare different products or develop a new one. Galloway Research has the expertise and facility necessary to successfullly execute a taste test of any size.
Our testing room is capable of seating up to 100 classroom style with mirrored viewing and full audio/video capabilities. Large ground level entrances allow for any type of large equipment to be easily brought in when needed.
The Kitchen
Our commercial kitchen and tasting center were designed for efficiently and effectively preparing and serving food items for research. Our spacious kitchen has been equipped with enough refrigeration, freezer, and counter space to accommodate the most involved project test. If we don’t have what you need, we can work with you to adapt our kitchen to meet your needs.
Experienced Staff
Our team has over 20 years experience conducting taste testes. They have the skills needed to meet specific timing and manage quotas efficiently.
