Our facility was tailored to meet the needs of our clients. We at GRS did our own research to find out what our clients wanted in a facility. With all the feedback we received we developed a state of the art facility. We continue to gather more opinions from clients with a survey that provides us with feedback by project to continue to meet our clients changing needs. Yearly we are rated one of the World’s Best facilities according to the Impulse Survey.
Each of our suites is equipped with a conference room, viewing room, lounge area, client office and private bathroom (some even have a shower-yes a shower). The client office provides our clients with a high speed computer and multi-purpose printer. All our suites have wireless high- speed Internet and 3 ports (land lines) in the viewing room and 1 in the lounge area, which are all free. Hubs can be provided in advance upon request.

GRS Qualitative Assistants, better known to us as “QA's”, are rated by our clients as top notch in the industry. GRS hand picks our QA’s based on personality, professionalism, knowledge of recruitment and being able to anticipate client needs. |

Audio Visual Technician and Staff
GRS employs a fulltime Information Technician. Additionally all groups are assigned a dedicated fully trained AV technician. Most importantly our AV staff is energetic and knowledgeable. As technology changes rapidly, we adapt to be ahead of that change. We are always able to meet your technology needs. |
