gathering information only and the information they
collect is kept confidential. Interviewers conduct
surveys both in person and on the telephone. In addition
to the central testing facility and tele-research phone
bank in our main office, Galloway Research Service has an office in Crossroads Mall,
for person to person Interviewing. Marketing
Research Interviewers are assigned to projects based on
a variety of factors such as skill, experience, and
hours of availability.
Through the consistent and accurate recording of
consumer opinions, the MARKET RESEARCH INTERVIEWER plays
a key role in many important corporate decisions. New
product development, national advertising, and service
improvement are a few of the ways companies use the
information we provide.
