Market Research Interviewer
  Marketing Research Interviewers never solicit, generate sales leads or attempt to sell anything. Their job is gathering information only and the information they collect is kept confidential. Interviewers conduct surveys both in person and on the telephone. In addition to the central testing facility and tele-research phone bank in our main office, Galloway Research Service has an office in Crossroads Mall, for person to person Interviewing. Marketing Research Interviewers are assigned to projects based on a variety of factors such as skill, experience, and hours of availability.

Through the consistent and accurate recording of consumer opinions, the MARKET RESEARCH INTERVIEWER plays a key role in many important corporate decisions. New product development, national advertising, and service improvement are a few of the ways companies use the information we provide.

Galloway Research Service provides marketing research services to many companies, from Fortune 500 to small independently owned companies. Through the administration of consumer opinion surveys, Galloway Research Service is able to give information back to its clients that helps direct and guide their marketing efforts and leads to new and improved products and services.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Typing skills - 25 wpm minimum
• Personal interview
• Basic computer skills
• Meet minimum standards on a literacy skills test
• Spanish language bi-literate skills are a plus
